Instant Thosai in 3 simple steps

Step 1:

Add 1 cup dosa mix + ½ cup yogurt + 1 cup water. Mix well and let it rest for 20–30 minutes.

Step2:
Add salt to taste and adjust water to reach dosa batter consistency.

Step3:
Pour the batter on a hot dosa pan, spread thin, cook until crispy and golden, and enjoy with chutney or sambar.
